1. Appearance inspection of steel pipes
The inspection content includes:
Surface finish: ensure that there are no defects such as cracks, pits, rust, etc.
End face condition: ensure that the cutting is flat and burr-free.
Dimensions: Sampling measurement of steel pipe diameter and wall thickness to ensure compliance with standard specifications.
2. MTC and product traceability inspection
Randomly check the quality certification documents (MTC) of some steel pipes to check whether they are consistent with the actual product logo. Verify the authenticity and traceability of MTC through information such as serial number and batch number to ensure that the source of the product is clear and reliable.
