For structure pipe, there is not only round pipe, also square pipe,  rectangular pipe, and hollow section, welded and seamless type. There is strict requirement about size, which means tolerance is not much, mainly follow  ASTM A53, ASTM A501 standard. Structure pipe can't be replace fluid pipe but fluid pipe can replace structure pipe in theory, because liquid pipe need to pass NDT or hydraulic test one by one.
