Tes hidrostatik:
Pipa Baja Kudu Diuji Hidrolik Siji Babakan. Tekanan Tes Maksimum 20 MPa. Ing Tekanan Test, Wektu Stabilisasi Aja Kurang Saka 10 S, Lan Pipa Baja Ora Bocor.
Sawise Pangguna Sarujuk, Tes Hidrolik Bisa Diganti Kanthi Tes Eddy Saiki Utawa Tes Kebocoran Fluks Magnetik.
Tes ora ngrusak:
Pipa sing Mbutuhake Inspeksi Luwih Perlu Dipriksa kanthi Ultrasonik Siji Bareng. Sawise Negosiasi Mbutuhake Persetujuan Pihak Lan Ditemtokake Ing Kontrak, Pengujian Non-Ngrusak Liyane Bisa Ditambahake.
Tes Flattening:
Tabung Kanthi Dhiameter Njaba Luwih saka 22 Mm Bakal Ditampa Tes Flattening. Ora ana delaminasi sing katon, bintik putih, utawa rereged sing kudu kedadeyan sajrone kabeh eksperimen.
